Protocol Education are looking to recruit an experienced Primary or SEND teacher to join a specialist school in Colchester on a long-term or permanent basis. You will be joining an incredible team that predominantly works with students who have autism, and with severe, profound and complex needs. Experience or qualifications in special educational needs are preferred but not essential. A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, the ability to quickly build strong relationships with individual children, and the ability to work in a team of professionals are integral to this role.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with a team of professionals to plan and deliver effective education and care plans.
- Establish a positive learning environment and build rapport with pupils.
Requirements
- Typical requirements include QTS or QTLS status.
