We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Colchester. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding.
You could be:
- Supporting a pupil 1:1 to help them thrive in the classroom
- Working within the school's specialist provision alongside experienced staff
- Leading small group interventions to build confidence and independence
