Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Teaching Assistant to work within a mainstream primary school in Colchester, starting in September on a full-time basis. This role involves supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs within the classroom, helping them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The Role

  • Providing targeted support to pupils with SEN within a mainstream primary setting
  • Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional regulation in the classroom
