Responsibilities

  • Deliver curriculum subjects to mixed‑sex pupils aged 4 to 19 with SEMH and other needs.
  • Plan and deliver differentiated teaching and learning activities within small groups.
  • Support vulnerable or disengaged pupils in preparing for reintegration into mainstream settings.
  • Collaborate with residential and therapeutic practitioners to promote student well‑being and resilience.
  • Maintain high expectations for academic and vocational progress in line with national benchmarks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • QTS, QTLS or an equivalent degree (NQTs welcome).
  • Experience working with students with additional or SEMH needs.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, with strong pedagogical skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
