We are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time, long-term position in the Colchester area, starting in September 2026. This role is ideal for an HLTA who is confident covering lessons, supporting learning across the classroom, and working closely with teaching staff to maintain high standards of education.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
