We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Supply Primary Teacher to work across primary schools in Colchester and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexible work, including day-to-day supply and short-term cover, across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

The Role:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity of learning
  • Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Follow school policies, including behaviour management and safeguarding
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
  • Support pupils of varying abilities and needs

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS–KS2)
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexible, professional, and confident in new environments
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
