The Role:
- Supporting pupils in class to access learning and achieve their potential
- Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities
- Providing one-to-one and small group support where required

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting
- Is patient, positive, and passionate about supporting young people
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Is adaptable and confident supporting a range of learning needs
- Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience (desirable but not essential)
