What you'll be doing:

  • Providing 1:1 support for a named student, helping them reach their full potential
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting support plans with care and confidence
  • Liaising with parents/carers, teaching staff, and external professionals
  • Completing annual reviews and maintaining accurate pupil profiles
  • Keeping intervention records up to date and meaningful
  • Supporting the SENDCo with inclusive planning and pastoral strategies

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
