What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 support for a named student, helping them reach their full potential
- Monitoring progress and adjusting support plans with care and confidence
- Liaising with parents/carers, teaching staff, and external professionals
- Completing annual reviews and maintaining accurate pupil profiles
- Keeping intervention records up to date and meaningful
- Supporting the SENDCo with inclusive planning and pastoral strategies
