We’re working with schools across Bristol as they get ready for the new academic year, and we’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join our team. Are you someone who can offer encouragement, positivity and consistency? We’re seeking a proactive and caring mentor to help pupils with everyday learning and tasks.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs
  • Confidence in managing challenging behaviour
  • A calm, patient and resilient approach
  • Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working 1:1 with pupils, supporting behavioural and emotional needs
  • Working alongside teachers and staff to implement behaviour strategies
  • Leading small group activities
  • Helping pupils engage with learning
  • Supporting pupils to feel safe and understood
