A fantastic primary school in Chigwell is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Support Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs throughout the school day. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping a child access learning, build confidence and achieve their individual targets within a supportive mainstream setting.
Your day could include:
- Supporting learning activities in the classroom
- Encouraging communication and social interaction
- Helping manage routines and transitions throughout the day
- Implementing strategies recommended by the SENCO and external professionals
- Celebrating achievements and building self-esteem
