Agency School Support Workers to work in a variety of primary and secondary schools across the
Chesterfield area.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and young people, offering flexible work to suit your availability while gaining experience in different school settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers and school staff in the classroom.
- Assisting pupils with learning activities and behaviour management.
- Providing one-to-one or small group support where required.
- Supervising pupils during lessons, break times, and school activities.
- Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
- A positive, flexible, and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to different school environments.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
