About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years. You will work as part of a welcoming team to create engaging learning experiences that support each child's individual development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Plan and provide stimulating activities that encourage children\'s learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children\'s progress.
- Promote children's wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusion at all times.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
- Support children\'s personal, social, emotional, and physical development.
About You
We\'re looking for someone who has:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent).
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
- A commitment to providing outstanding care and learning experiences.
