We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Support Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive hub within a mainstream primary school in Chelmsford, starting in September.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in supporting pupils with high and complex needs, who is eager to continue learning and take full advantage of the school’s strong CPD and development opportunities within a highly supportive environment.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils with high SEN needs within an inclusive hub
- Working 1:1 and in small groups alongside teaching and SEN staff
- Supporting pupils with transitions throughout the school day
- Encouraging engagement, communication, and emotional regulation
- Helping to maintain a calm, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
