Protocol Education are working with a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Chelmsford who are seeking a dedicated SEN Support professional for a long‑term role starting in September. This position involves supporting pupils with additional needs within a mainstream classroom setting, working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff to help pupils access learning and reach their full potential.

The Role:

  • Providing targeted 1:1 and small‑group SEN support
  • Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD and learning difficulties
  • Assisting the class teacher with differentiated learning activities
