We are working with a friendly and nurturing early years setting in Chelmsford that is seeking a caring and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join their team. This is a lovely opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys supporting children in a safe, stimulating, and play-based environment.

The Role

  • Supporting children aged 0–5 years with their learning and development
  • Assisting with daily routines, including play, meals, and personal care
  • Creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment
  • Observing, recording, and supporting children’s progress
  • Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s needs

The Ideal Candidate

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Reliable, professional, and a strong team player

Safeguarding & Compliance

  • Two professional references
  • Enhanced DBS (sighted or on the Update Service)
  • Right to Work in the UK
