We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in Chelmsford, providing 1:1 support for a Key Stage 1 pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The Role
- Provide 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with SEN
- Assist with learning activities and help the pupil stay engaged
- Support emotional, social, and academic development
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow support plans
