EYFS SEN Support professional to join their team on a long-term basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, nurturing, and committed to helping children reach their full potential during these crucial early years.

The Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs within EYFS
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Support children with both their academic progress and social development
  • Monitor and record pupil progress where required

  • Experience working with children with SEN, ideally within an EYFS or primary setting
  • A calm, patient, and caring approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual needs
