EYFS SEN Support professional to join their team on a long-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, nurturing, and committed to helping children reach their full potential during these crucial early years.
The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs within EYFS
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Support children with both their academic progress and social development
- Monitor and record pupil progress where required

- Experience working with children with SEN, ideally within an EYFS or primary setting
- A calm, patient, and caring approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual needs
