Protocol Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Chelmsford, starting September 2026.
This full-time role supports pupils in a Key Stage 1 class, including children with additional needs, helping them access learning and thrive academically and socially.
You will work with teachers, SENCOs and parents to ensure the best outcomes, providing 1:1 and small group support and helping foster an inclusive, positive learning environment.
