The Role
As a Supply Early Years Teacher, you'll:
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS Framework
- Create nurturing and inspiring learning environments
- Support children's development across all areas of learning
- Quickly build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Confidently adapt to new settings and routines
- Champion high-quality early years practice
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Proven experience teaching within an EYFS setting
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
- A genuine passion for Early Years education
- A flexible, positive, and adaptable approach
- Confidence in settling quickly into new environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
Requirements
- QTS, EYTS, or equivalent teaching qualification
- Previous EYFS teaching experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable)
- Safeguarding training (desirable)
- SEND experience welcomed
- Paediatric First Aid (desirable)
