Class Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join a friendly and supportive school in
Chelmsford on a maternity cover basis from mid-September until October half term .
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and creating an engaging learning environment for pupils.
The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leaders.
- Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- A proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
