They’re looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant who brings calm energy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive. What your day could involve:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Helping children regulate emotions and engage with learning
- Using creative, practical strategies to meet individual needs
- Building positive relationships that boost confidence and progress
- Working closely with teachers and a supportive wider team
