Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner / Room Leader to join a welcoming and supportive nursery setting in Camden from September 2026. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The nursery is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years professional who can help create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Newly qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and will be supported by an experienced leadership team.

The Role

  • Full-time, long-term position starting September 2026
  • Leading and supporting a nursery room within the setting
  • Planning and delivering engaging Early Years activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing
  • Building positive relationships with parents, carers and staff
  • Maintaining a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Passionate about supporting children in the Early Years

  • Previous nursery or childcare experience desirable but not essential
