The Role
As the Lead Teacher, you will be the driving force behind the Business Studies curriculum. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of the department while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the planning and delivery of Business Studies at Key Stages 4 and 5 (including BTEC and A‑Level).
- Mentoring and supporting departmental staff to ensure excellence in teaching and learning.
