No prior school experience is required and candidates with empathy, patience and strong communication are encouraged to apply.

You will work across schools, assisting pupils inside and outside the classroom while building confidence and independence.

A proactive, compassionate approach is valued. Roles are flexible, with full-time opportunities and ongoing development through CPD.
