We’re looking for passionate, qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 3) to join brilliant nurseries and Reception classes across Lewisham this September. Whether you’re all about phonics fun, messy play, or helping those tiny first steps into education, there’s a full-time role ready and waiting for you.

The Role:

  • Supporting children aged 0–5 in nurseries or school-based Early Years settings
  • Creating a safe, nurturing space where every child feels seen, supported, and ready to shine
  • Working with friendly teams to deliver engaging, child-led activities
  • Supporting with routines, mealtimes, phonics sessions, and magical milestones

What we’re after:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent (essential)
  • A warm, caring approach and heaps of enthusiasm
  • Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
  • A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
