Our schools are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible cover supervisor to join our already spectacular faculties across south Bristol. The Role:

  • Based in and around south Bristol
  • Responsible for supervising work pre-set in accordance with the schools’ guidelines
  • Ensuring such work is carried out to the best of their abilities
  • To manage the behaviour of pupils whilst they undertake their work
  • Ensuring a constructive and positive environment is always enforced
  • De-escalating situations within the classroom in the correct way certifying safeguarding procedures are always adhered
  • Collecting of work at the end of the lesson and returning it to the appropriate recipient
  • Reporting any safeguarding concerns using the school’s referral procedures and safeguarding policies

What We Need to Get You Started:

  • Right to Work in the UK (e.g. Passport, Sharecode)
  • Two proofs of address (e.g. driving licence, utility bill, or council tax letter)
  • CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with gaps explained
  • Two years of references (including childcare or youth work where relevant)
  • OSPC if you’ve lived overseas for three months or more in the last five years
