We're working with primary, secondary, SEND, and SEMH schools across Bristol looking for energetic and enthusiastic Sports Graduates to join their teams as Teaching Assistants. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education, develop valuable transferable skills, and make a genuine difference in young people's lives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom and around school
- Working one-to-one and in small groups to boost confidence and engagement
- Helping pupils stay focused and motivated throughout the school day
- Using your coaching skills to build positive relationships and encourage participation
- Supporting physical activities, sports sessions, and wellbeing initiatives
- Assisting teachers in creating a positive learning environment
