We’re working with supportive schools looking for Teaching Assistants who are keen to build hands‑on experience in SEND settings. You’ll be in the classroom from day one, learning what teaching really looks like, with the support to grow your confidence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils with additional needs in class and in small groups
- Helping with behaviour, routines, and engagement
- Learning practical strategies from experienced teachers and SEN staff
- Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
What we’re looking for:

- Experience with young people is helpful, but not essential
