What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, personalised lessons that meet individual learning needs
  • Creating a safe, nurturing classroom where every pupil can thrive
  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and families
  • Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to support each learner
  • Celebrating every achievement, big or small

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Have experience teaching pupils with SEND, or a genuine passion for specialist education
  • Are patient, creative, and resilient
