Protocol Education are searching for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils who need extra help managing emotions, building resilience, and engaging with school life. This role involves working closely with individual pupils who may face barriers such as anxiety, low self-esteem, or trauma-related difficulties. You’ll support them both in class and through tailored interventions, helping them build confidence and stability.
