Love working with young people? Calm under pressure? Great at building relationships? We're looking for confident, caring and adaptable people to join our team as Secondary Classroom Behaviour Support across local secondary schools. If you've got resilience, empathy and the confidence to lead a classroom, we'll give you the training and support to help you succeed.

You might be working alongside a classroom teacher as a TA/LSA, helping pupils with SEND or SEMH stay engaged and confident in their learning. With increased confidence and experience, you could be leading a class as a Cover Supervisor, keeping lessons on track while their usual teacher is away. Whether you're looking for flexible work, or a permanent role within a school, this is a brilliant way to gain meaningful classroom experience while making a genuine difference.

As we work with schools across North Somerset and the surrounding areas, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable, but not at all essential, as we work with a high volume of schools across Bristol and can match you with schools in your area.
