Protocol Education are currently working with a modern and thriving Secondary School in North Bristol who are looking for a PE specialist (QTS Required) to join their expanding department. The school is well known for not only their modern building but for their modern teaching practices, incorporating fresh, vibrant and tailored teaching that supports and leads children and young people to join a diverse and ever changing world. Giving students the tools, skills, attitude and confidence to become a unique member of their community.

Age Group: Secondary (KS3–KS5)

What the Role Involves:

  • Planning & Marking
  • Delivering high quality, purposeful, engaging PE content and lessons
  • Differentiating and tailoring for pupils with SEND or additional needs
  • Working together collaboratively within the PE department to support and lead the department to success
  • Teaching up to GCSE, however being flexible for A-Levels if needs be

The school are looking for:

  • PE ECTs or fully qualified PE teachers
  • Experience teaching PE within UK classrooms
  • Strong knowledge of the PE Curriculum
  • Experience within PE GCSE's and relevant exam boards
  • A calm, professional & unique classroom presence
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for student progress
