SEN Teaching Assistant, September Start

We're looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school this September. If you're passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive, and you know that every small breakthrough is worth celebrating, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers and SEN professionals, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs. You'll play a key role in helping children build confidence, develop independence and enjoy learning in a safe, nurturing environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs
- Building positive, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe and supported
- Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning strategies
- Encouraging pupils' social, emotional and academic development
- Helping create an inclusive classroom where every child can succeed
What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years' experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a school or similar setting
- A calm, patient and adaptable approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
