About the Role

Pay and Location
Pay: £105 – £115 per week. Location: BS31.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Experienced HLTA or teaching support professional, supporting classes across KS1 and KS2
- Confident running small groups and supporting lessons in the classroom
- Patient, calm, and approachable with pupils and staff
- Flexible, adaptable, ready to step in where needed and keep things running smoothly
- Enjoy building positive relationships and helping children feel confident and engaged
Requirements for Clearance
- Valid passport
- Two proofs of address (e.g., driving licence, utility bill)
- CV covering 10 years of work or education with gaps accounted for
- Two years of references, including childcare if applicable
- OSP, if lived overseas for 3 months or more in the last 5 years
Legal and Safeguarding
All applicants must hold appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Safeguarding checks, including DBS, are required. The company offers free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training to all workers. All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
