We’re working with friendly and supportive schools in BS34 on the lookout for confident and enthusiastic HLTA. If you are someone who can jump in, support learning, and help keep the school day running with small group activities and lesson cover, then this could be the perfect role for you!

The role:

  • Leading lessons across KS1 or KS2
  • Delivering small group sessions
  • Supporting behaviour and classroom routines
  • Working closely with teaching and support staff
  • Building trusting relationships with pupils

What you’ll need:

  • HLTA experience or relevant classroom experience
  • Confidence leading groups independently
  • Positive, calming and supportive approach to learning
  • Strong classroom presence and communication skills

What we’ll need to get you cleared:

  • Passport
  • Two proofs of address
  • Two years of references
  • CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps
  • Overseas Police Check (if applicable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
