Entry Level Learning Support Assistant/SEND Support Worker - Required for September! Protocol Education is looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant to join a school in North Bristol. You will be responsible for delivering effective teaching on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, supporting the development of pupils both educationally and behaviorally.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
  • Helping students access learning in a way that works for them
  • Building strong, trusting relationships and bringing positivity to every day
  • Collaborating with teachers and the wider team to create an inclusive, nurturing environment

All staff work to inspire, motivate, challenge, and support each pupil, regardless of their individual needs. A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, along with the ability to quickly build rapport with children, is essential.

Applicants must have the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Pay rates quoted will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
