We're working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school close to Avonmouth that is looking for a full‑time SEN Learning Partner to join their team. This is a long‑term opportunity supporting children across mainstream classrooms and within the school's behavioural support provision. The school serves a diverse community and is committed to helping every child feel safe, valued and able to succeed. You'll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff, gaining first‑hand experience of how schools support pupils with a range of additional needs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
  • Working alongside teachers in mainstream classrooms
  • Providing support within the school's behavioural provision
  • Helping pupils engage with learning and develop confidence
  • Building positive relationships and promoting emotional wellbeing
  • Contributing to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
