We're looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Bristol.

- What you'll be doing
- Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND.
- Supporting children with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs.
- Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them.
- Working closely with teachers, the SENCO and wider support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Encouraging independence, building confidence and celebrating every success along the way.
- Supporting positive behaviour using consistent and nurturing approaches.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Confidence supporting children with a range of additional needs.
- A calm, patient and resilient approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for helping every child achieve their potential.
