Protocol Education is looking to recruit a Drama Teacher in North Somerset. Both full-time and part-time roles are available with the main key aim to deliver the subject-specific curriculum and support students in their learning, preparing them to effectively undertake their GCSE examinations.

The successful teacher will work closely with the whole Drama department, who will support you to embody the school's approach to learning and hold their values in high regard while acting as a role model throughout your time in the school. The school is looking for a dedicated member of staff to join their department to deliver KS3 & KS4 lessons. If applying for a full-time role, this will include a regular tutor group, planning & marking, which will include a timetable that allocates PPA time, as well as extracurricular opportunities available if desired.

Required:

  • QTS qualified
  • Previous experience teaching Drama
  • Ability to complete planning and marking in accordance with the curriculum
  • Full-time availability
  • Suitable references and an accurate and updated DBS check
