If you've worked in care, support work, residential care, supported living, mental health services, or with adults or children who need extra support, we want to hear from you. A specialist SEND school is looking for caring, patient, and resilient individuals to join their team this September as Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants.

The pupils you'll support have a range of additional needs, including:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
  • Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Communication and Speech & Language Needs
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

Some pupils require personal care, mobility support, sensory support, and help with daily routines. Others need a calm, trusted adult to guide them through their school day. Sound familiar? If you've worked in care, chances are you're already using many of the skills these pupils need most.
