How to prepare for a job interview at Protocol Education Ltd

✨Showcase Your Creativity

As a drama student, your creativity is one of your biggest assets. Prepare to share examples of how you've used your creative skills in past experiences, whether in performances or group projects. Think about how you can apply this creativity to engage children and make learning fun.

✨Demonstrate Emotional Awareness

Emotional awareness is key in education roles. Be ready to discuss situations where you've had to manage emotions, either your own or those of others. Highlight your ability to connect with students on an emotional level, as this will resonate well with the interviewers.

✨Prepare for Role-Play Scenarios

Since the role involves engaging with children through play and role-play, practice some scenarios beforehand. Think about how you would approach a reluctant learner or how to encourage communication through creative activities. This will show your adaptability and readiness for the role.

✨Ask Insightful Questions

Interviews are a two-way street, so prepare some thoughtful questions about the role and the school environment. Ask about their approach to inclusive practices or how they support staff in developing their creative teaching methods. This shows your genuine interest and helps you assess if it's the right fit for you.
