Are you a graduate considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, therapy or social work? We are working with welcoming primary and specialist schools in Brentwood that are looking for confident and compassionate Learning Support Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful classroom experience while helping children overcome barriers to learning.
You may support pupils with:
- Autism, ADHD or communication needs
- Social, emotional and mental health needs
- Literacy, numeracy and classroom engagement
- Developing confidence, independence and friendships
- One-to-one and small-group learning activities
