HLTA / Experienced Learning Support Assistant - required immediately! Do you have experience working within schools? Are you passionate about supporting special needs? Do you want to make a difference? If so, a special needs school in Braintree are looking for just that! This school is built around supporting the needs of children with Moderate, Severe and Complex needs.
The Role includes:
- Working 5 days a week within the school provision, supporting students with MLD and SLD in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to help improve engagement, interaction and raise attainment
- Learning and developing your LSA skills
- Working closely with parents to ensure what is carried out at school is continued at home
- A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children
This is a full-time, temp to permanent opportunity (8:30am - 3:30pm). Experience supporting children or adults with special needs is required. If this sounds like the role for you, then please APPLY NOW!
