Role:
- Support students in KS3 & KS4 who are finding their feet in a new environment.
- Work 1:1 or in tight-knit groups—whatever helps them settle.
- Help kids who communicate differently or need structure to feel seen and heard.
- Stay cool when things get heated, and show them there’s always someone in their corner.

- A DBS on the update service (or be up for getting one with us).
