Teaching Assistant Start: ASAP | Full Time 32.5 hrs per week average

We’re looking for Behaviour & Inclusion Support legends to join a specialist setting in North Bradford (Shipley, Bingley and Keighley area) a place where young people who’ve been excluded, unwell, or let down by mainstream get another shot.

Role

  • Support students in KS3 & KS4 who are finding their feet in a new environment.
  • Work 1:1 or in tight-knit groups—whatever helps them settle.
  • Help kids who communicate differently or need structure to feel seen and heard.
  • Stay cool when things get heated, and show them there’s always someone in their corner.

You’ll thrive here if you:

To get started, you’ll need:

  • A DBS on the update service (or be up for getting one with us).
  • Two recent references.
  • A big heart, solid boundaries, and a head for safeguarding.
