Protocol Education is looking for a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bradford. This is a full‑time position, working within Key Stage 2, supporting pupils with additional needs to feel confident, included, and ready to learn. You’ll be joining a supportive school team who understand just how important strong, consistent support is for pupils with SEND.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for KS2 pupils with special educational needs
  • Helping children stay focused, engaged, and confident throughout the school day
  • Supporting pupils with routines, transitions, and emotional regulation
  • Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to create a calm, structured learning environment
  • Being that steady, reassuring presence pupils can rely on every day
