1:1 SEMH Behaviour Support – Primary School

Location: BD7, Bradford

Start: ASAP

Contract: Full-time

This role is about trust, patience and showing up every day. We’re looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a primary-aged pupil with SEMH needs. Behaviour can be challenging, but with the right support, this pupil can thrive.

You’ll be:

  • Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
  • Helping the pupil feel safe, understood and ready to learn
  • Working closely with school staff and external professionals
  • Making a real difference, one day at a time

You’ll need:

  • Experience with SEMH or behaviour support
  • A calm, consistent and resilient approach
  • The ability to build strong, trusting relationships
