Some young people don't need another person telling them what they've done wrong. They need someone who'll show up, stay calm, and help them believe that tomorrow can look different from today. We're looking for a Behaviour & Inclusion Support Worker to join a specialist setting in South Bradford, supporting children and young people who may have experienced exclusion, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, or barriers to learning in mainstream education. If you're the sort of person who can build trust, spot what's really going on beneath the surface, and help young people find their feet again, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting pupils across a range of ages and abilities
- Working one-to-one and in small groups to help students engage with learning
