Full-Time or Part-Time Design and Technology Teacher

Location: Bradford

Pay: £700- £1,425 per week (PAYE)

Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Physical Education (PE) lessons to students
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress in PE activities
  • Organise and supervise extracurricular sports activities
  • Provide feedback to students and parents on performance and progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the PE curriculum
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or the equivalent
  • Degree in Physical Education or a related field
  • Experience teaching PE at the primary or secondary level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of PE curriculum and teaching methods
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students in physical activities
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in sports and physical activities

Desired but not essential:

  • Additional coaching qualifications
  • Experience in organising sports events or competitions
