SEMH Learning Support Assistant – full-time. We are recruiting for a nurturing setting focused on wellbeing, engagement and positive outcomes. Are you passionate about helping learners overcome emotional and behavioural barriers? You will support learners who need consistency, clear boundaries and trusted relationships to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small group SEMH support.
- Support emotional regulation and behaviour management.
- Reinforce positive routines and expectations.
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams.
Skills & Qualities
- Resilient, empathetic and calm under pressure.
- Experience or interest in SEMH support.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Help learners rebuild confidence in education.
